The territory of Asiago at the end of the tenth century was notorious for the fertility of its natural pastures, and the art of transformation and preservation of pork is an ancient tradition that was handed down until today. Speck of Asiago, famous for its sweetness and its smoked slightly, is characterized by the quality of the raw material, the use of 19 carefully selected spices and pure air of the plateau 1,000 meters.
